Some occasions deserve more than a reserved table. At Berghotel Kristall we offer options for birthdays, christenings, confirmations, anniversaries and family celebrations – from a shared breakfast to a buffet evening.
We plan your celebration to suit the number of guests, the occasion and the setting you have in mind. On request with finger food, a buffet, a drinks package or accommodation for guests travelling from further away.

Breakfast, brunch or an evening celebration?
Not every celebration has to be a classic dinner. For family celebrations in particular, breakfast, a late risers' breakfast or brunch is often pleasant, easy to plan and uncomplicated.
For larger celebrations we offer various buffet and party formats. Options include a schnitzel party, American pizza party, burger party, pasta party or a barbecue platter with Idar-Oberstein Schwenkbraten. In addition, classic buffets, regional specialities, cold platters or finger-food stations can be planned.
Drinks
For celebrations of 20 people or more a drinks package is possible. From 50 people it is standard. It can include soft drinks, water, tea, coffee, beer and wine for 4 hours. Extras such as a sparkling wine reception, aperitif, lemonades, long drinks or cocktails can be added as required.
Funeral reception
In the event of a bereavement we offer a quiet setting for coffee and cake. Filled rolls, savoury platters or a warm soup are also possible. Other drinks can be charged by consumption or limited on request.

For how many people are celebrations possible?
From 15 people. Depending on the room and occasion, smaller celebrations are just as possible as larger events.
Can we bring our own cake?
For certain occasions cake can be delivered by the bakery of your choice. On request we will help with the order.
Is accommodation available?
Yes. For guests travelling from further away, rooms can be offered subject to availability.
