So that your arrival and departure are as straightforward as possible, here is the most important information about check-in, check-out, early check-in, late check-out and express check-out.

Regular check-in is possible from 15:00.

Opening hours
Reception is usually staffed until 21:00, on Sundays until 20:00.

Early check-in
Early check-in is possible from 12:00 subject to availability.

Late check-out is possible until 13:00 subject to availability.

Out quickly
Express check-out
Express check-out is possible. Please clarify the details with reception.
Normal check-in
Regular check-in takes place at reception. Please have an ID document ready. The registration form is filled in on site in the usual way.
Payment can be made by departure at the latest, unless otherwise agreed.
Arriving earlier
Early check-in is possible from 12:00 subject to availability and costs 15 €. Please request it in advance so that we can check whether your room can be prepared accordingly.
Departure and late check-out
Regular check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out until 13:00 is possible subject to availability and costs 10 €.
Keys are handed back at reception. Express check-out is possible by arrangement.
Parking and arrival
Free parking spaces are available at the hotel. Coaches can also park in our large car park. Motorbikes park in the normal car park.
A bicycle room is available for bikes. E-bikes can be charged at the socket in the bicycle room. An EV charging point is available for cars.
Note for pedestrians and cyclists: The nearest bus stop is about a 15 minute walk away. The way to the hotel goes uphill — as the name Berghotel already suggests.
